Koi-B Collective
Koi-B has grown and changed so much over the years. What began as a place centered around creativity, education, and community has continued to evolve, and with that growth comes a new season for our programming.
Beginning this year, Koi-B will no longer offer our traditional schedule of weekly classes and workshops. Instead, we are narrowing our focus and continuing with a smaller selection of programs that remain an important part of the Koi-B community.
Programs Continuing at Koi-B
We are excited to continue offering:
ASL
Music Lessons
Friday Programming
Adult Special Needs Classes — previously held on Fridays and returning on a new day of the week. The new schedule will be announced soon.
Select Special Events and Opportunities throughout the year
While our calendar may look different, Koi-B is not going away.
The heart behind Koi-B has always been about creating meaningful spaces where people can learn, create, connect, explore, and discover what they love. That purpose remains incredibly important to us and will continue to guide the programs and opportunities we offer.
Thank You for Growing With Us
Over the years, so many families have walked through our doors. You have painted with us, learned with us, attended camps and classes, tried something new, made friendships, supported our programs, and trusted us with people you love.
You have helped shape Koi-B into what it is today.
On a personal level, this community has helped make some of my biggest dreams become a reality, and I could never fully express how grateful I am for the support you have shown Koi-B over the last two years.
Change can sometimes make things look a little different from the outside, but our mission and our love for our community remain the same.
We are incredibly thankful for where Koi-B has been, excited about where it is going, and grateful to have you continue growing with us.

Thank you for being part of our Koi-B family. 🤍
Koi-B Collective was founded by Lauren Fagan, a passionate educator, artist, and mother of four, who saw the need for adaptive, affordable, and faith-based learning opportunities for children of all abilities.
After years of teaching and homeschooling, Lauren dreamed of creating a place where creativity and community meet, where every child is seen, supported, and celebrated.
At Koi-B, we nurture each student’s God-given gifts through art, faith, and connection. Whether painting, exploring science, performing, or learning practical skills, every experience is built on encouragement, structure, and joy.
“Let all that you do be done in love.” 1 Corinthians 16:14
“Lauren Fagan played a pivotal role in our decision to take control of our children’s education and embark on our homeschooling journey. She guided us through the process and the curriculum. It is a bonus that she has created this beautiful community to complement it.”
“I love that Koi-B teaches children real-life skills alongside faith and art. My kids are learning to cook, create, and problem-solve, all while understanding how to use their gifts to serve others. It’s education with eternal value.”
“Koi-B has been an answered prayer. My son struggled to fit into traditional settings; he is on the spectrum. Here he’s encouraged, supported, and genuinely known. The mix of structure, freedom, and faith is exactly what he needed.”
“We were looking for something more than just an art program, and we found a family. Koi-B Collective is filled with warmth and purpose. The kids learn to express themselves through art while discovering who they are in Christ. It’s truly a place where creativity blossoms and hearts grow.”
